AI transparency

findsafeskills — the application, its discovery crawler, and much of its documentation — was substantially built with the help of Claude, Anthropic's AI coding agent. We think that's worth disclosing plainly, especially on a site about AI coding agents and the skills that extend them.

What this means in practice

  • Code, tests, migrations, and discovery scripts were largely written by Claude, directed and reviewed by the project maintainer.
  • Listing descriptions are not AI-generated — they come from each repo's own manifest or README, as written by that skill's author.
  • Search results are not AI-generated either — they're a direct similarity ranking against real listing data, not an LLM summarizing or inventing results.
